These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Star Shine mobile app ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Entertainment Purposes Only

Star Shine provides tarot, astrology, numerology, and I Ching readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Readings are not professional advice — medical, financial, legal, or otherwise — and should not be relied on as such. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Star Shine Pro Subscriptions

Star Shine Pro is an optional paid tier that unlocks additional features. Subscription pricing and billing terms are presented in the App at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or your device's app store, depending on platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Attempt to circumvent the App's subscription or payment systems
• Use automated means to access the App outside of normal use

Content Ownership

The App, including its design, text, and generated readings, is owned by Star Shine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personal reading history is yours to view, export, or delete at any time.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Shine is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its readings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
