Delete Your Star Shine Account

You can permanently delete your Star Shine account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete In-App (Instant)

If you still have the app installed, this is the fastest way:

1. Open Star Shine and sign in
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request by Email (No App Required)

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@starshineapp.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once it's complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile: name, birth date, birth time, and birth place
• Your reading history and saved favorites
• Your Star Shine Pro subscription status record

What May Be Retained

We do not retain any of your data after deletion, except where required by law. If you purchased Star Shine Pro, Apple or Google retain their own transaction records as part of operating their app stores and payment systems — those records are controlled by Apple/ Google, not Star Shine, and aren't affected by this deletion request.
